This defines what data we hold, what we do with it, how you can access the data we hold about you, how we secure and store our data, and how you can determine what we do with that data. We don\u2019t keep masses of data. We hold some contact details for businesses that we have, do or would like to do business with. We also hold some details of current and past members of our team.<\/p>\n
Occasionally we will have contact details of other people, usually when we are working with them to write or publish blogs or other content.<\/p>\n
Very occasionally we will have data provided by a client for a specific project.
\nWe also hold details of the amazing specialist suppliers that we work with from time to time.<\/p>\n
Outside of the data we hold directly, we do make use of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Eventbrite and sometimes other social media to contact individuals, or to post news.<\/p>\n
Mostly email, and occasionally call you with ideas and examples, or proposals to work with you.<\/p>\n
Other than biographies of team members members and recommendations of suppliers, other types of data is usually about case studies and provided as part of the process of creating the case study.<\/p>\n
We do have plenty of photographs and video on the site. Usually these are obtained with explicit consent of individuals, are obtained in public places, or are purchased from legitimate agencies.<\/p>\n
Many of our communications are sent using Mailchimp to ensure that our contact lists are up to date and so that we can record and automatically action requests to unsubscribe, etc.<\/p>\n
When we are working with data on behalf of a client (typically an list of existing customers) we are bound by that client\u2019s own Privacy Policy. Data is destroyed or returned in accordance with that policy after completion of the project.<\/p>\n

We absolutely hate the trade (legal or otherwise) in data and list broking and will never obtain data in that way.<\/p>\n If you think we are using data about you inappropriately please tell us and we\u2019ll stop. However, we believe that we have a mutual legitimate interest in all our communications and any other way that we might occasionally use data.
